All data is hosted and backed up on sites owned or controlled by RadioStream LTD and located in the US and Canada.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Age Restrictions

For the avoidance of doubt, our site and services are targeted at adults, that is, people at least 18 years old. We do not target our site or services to minors. Any information we may receive from users we believe to be under the age of 18 will be purged from our database.

Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be free of charge.
